Recognizing vulnerability of women and children to the consequences of TB
due to gender and age related social and health inequalities, global
commitments were made to prioritize these high-risk groups at the Moscow
declaration to End TB in November 2017. Thus preventing, finding and
treating TB cases among children and adolescents taken as an urgent
operational priority, especially in TB high burdened countries that includes
Ethiopia. |
