Job satisfaction of nurses is the most critical factor that affects the outcome of patient
care. Without job satisfaction, every activity which is done for patients is not attractive. Furthermore icreates a conflict between the health care personnel and patient relatives. Especially nurses are front line just like to such problem. Motivated and satisfied health professional /nurses should be present to deliver quality care for patient needs. |
