dc.description.abstract Early diagnosis and improved cancer treatments have increased the number of cancer survivors. Accordingly, cancer rehabilitation has been increasingly recognized as a key factor in the management of cancer survivors. In Ethiopia, the number of cancer cases increases from year to year Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital is the only hospital in the country that render a comprehensive cancer therapy receiving patients from all over the country. However, the hospital has no cancer rehabilitation center. This overload can lead to inadequate care and also decrease quality of life and survival rate of the cancer patients. Hence, this study was to explored the initiation of cancer rehabilitation service with its challenges and potential opportunities from the health workers perspectives. en_US
