Hand hygiene is the act of cleaning hands with water and soap and/or alcohol-
based hand sanitizers to eliminate microbes. Practicing better hand hygiene decreases the spread
of illnesses linked to healthcare, it is always been considered one pillar of infection control.
According to the world health organization 2019 healthcare-associated infection fact sheet
report, in underdeveloped nations, neonates are at a significant risk of getting infections related
