dc.description.abstract It was estimated that about 87,000 newborn died in the first 28 days of life every year in Ethiopia, with a larger share of 42% all deaths of under-five mortality, the highest risk of death was occurred in the first 24 hours of life while within the first weeks of life greater than half of deaths occur. en_US
